The South Australian Prawn Co-operative was established by prawn fishermen to exclusively supply the world famous Spencer Gulf King Prawn. With supply from the majority of prawn fishermen who are also owners we can ensure only premium prawns of the highest quality are supplied to our customers.

The Patagonian Toothfish (Dissostichus eleginoides) and Antarctic Toothfish (Dissostichus mawsoni) are one of the world’s most prized fish, found throughout Antarctic and sub-Antarctic waters.
